Research Assistant Form


Several undergraduate Research Assistants are available to work with Health Studies faculty on research projects. They are available to:

• Conduct literature searches;
• Complete Reference Manager or RefWorks;
• Assist with collection of data;
• Transcribe interviews or focus groups;
• Participate in data entry; and
• Assist in developing poster or paper presentations.


The following requests for the RAs will be given higher priority.

A) Researchers who have research funding and can have the RA hours billed to a research account.
B) Tenure or tenure track faculty.
C) New researchers.
D) RA assistance in the development of a grant application.

Research Assistants cannot be used to support graduate degree work.
